PROFILE
the Underneath plays a darker style of visual rock, along the lines of D'espairsRay, for example. The musically experienced members, formerly known as Transtic Nerve, all have a part in composing the music and finishing what is the Underneath.

BIOGRAPHY
the Underneath comprises the same line-up as Transtic Nerve, a rock band who started their career back in 1996. At the end of 2007, after spending a few years with a low profile, the members surprised their fans announcing the Underneath as their fresh project.The band has managed to gather a lot of international interest as they were announced to be a part of the well-known North American alternative rock tour, Taste of Chaos in spring 2008. They will be performing together with two other Japanese acts, D'espairsRay and MUCC.It seems that the group has got a lot of plans in store for the future and while waiting for the first releases, samples of their music can be listened to at their MySpace profile.
